Make “Breakfast” for dinner and sit down with your family and ask them about their day.
Mental, emotional, physical and, even dare I say, spiritual nourishment happens as we eat with our families.
I am not a cook, but if I can cook anything it is breakfast for dinner. This is a win, win for me and my family. Here is the recipe I used from pinterest.

How to Breathe…for healing
The importance of breathing…
Part of my morning Routine to Sanity
Posted by Erica Saunders Laws on Tuesday, October 4, 2016
I have such a passion to help people stand in their power. What does that mean? If you learn to stand in your power then you HAVE POWER. Power to heal self, power to rise above, power to create your own ripple effect in the world. Click on my name above or HERE and check out a short video clip on how breathing is part of personal healing. Each drop in the bucket or inhalation of air adds to the personal healing power we have to stand in our power to uncover our own truth and path to healing. My Routine to Sanity is a self guided version and my personal mentoring and group mentoring are LIVE version of finding your personal power to healing.
Let me know what you do to help yourself? What questions do you have? I stand in my power, finally, through years of seeking and now can make the strong statement that I am healed from mental illness and emotional disorders. I could not have said that even a few short months ago.
